Yes, this event is intended for ages 30 and over Anyone under the age of 16 will not be allowed entry without adult.

•  ALL ATTENDEES MUST ENTER IN A VEHICLE NO WALK UP TICKET HOLDERS ARE ALLOWE TO ENTER THE EVENT.
• BRING  YOUR TICKET WITH YOU FOR ADMITTANCE AND TO RETRIEVE YOUR HEAD PHONES
• HEAD SETS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE LEAVING THE EVENT
• NO OPEN FLAMES, or WEAPONS
• By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Assumption of Risk
  • Attending a drive-in concert involves inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor conditions, uneven terrain, wildlife, weather, and potential health and safety hazards.
  • All participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending this event, including injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
  
  2. Personal Responsibility
  • You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those in your group, including minors and pets. However security will be  strictly enforced and law enforcement will be onsite.
  • Follow all event rules, signage, and instructions provided by staff or security personnel.
  • Be mindful of your surroundings and report any hazards or concerns to event staff immediately.
  
  3• The event organizers cannot guarantee protection against infectious diseases, including COVID-19. Attendance is at your own risk. However, we will use our best efforts to ensure your safety. 
  
  4. Prohibited Activities
  • The use of open flames, fireworks, or other hazardous materials is strictly prohibited in the DRIVE-IN areas. No weapons allowed.
  • Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
  We prefer attendees over the age of 30 this is an adult  event.
  
  
  5. Liability Waiver
  • The event organizers, promoters, producers, venue, and their affiliates, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that may occur during the event, regardless of cause.
  • By attending, you waive all claims against the event organizers, promoters, producers and associated parties and companies arising from participation in this event.
  
  6. Emergency Protocols
  • In case of an emergency, follow the directions of event staff and emergency personnel.
  • Emergency contact information and first aid stations will be clearly marked and available on-site.
  
  7. Vehicle and Property Disclaimer
  • All vehicles must remain in designated parking areas. The event organizers are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or personal belongings.
  • Ensure all valuables are secured, and vehicles are locked at all times.
  
  Obey the speed limit which is 10mph.
  
  No refunds after the tickets are purchased.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• One ticket admits one car or suv containing up to 5 occupants.
• 8. Photography and Media Release
  • By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or filmed, with such media potentially being used for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
  
  By attending this event, you agree to comply with this safety disclaimer and assume full responsibility for your participation. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.
